Here’s a little preview of the Legion EP – out April 2nd.
Just before Christmas we shared a new Liberty 37 track – Legion, recorded back in 2002 as part of the initial sessions for their third album. I mentioned then we had a couple of other tracks from those sessions that we were working on with the band. Well we have now finished a total of […]
So back in May last year we recorded the anniversary show for Come Morning We Fight at the O2 Academy in Islington. We are giving away a download of the whole show for anyone buying tickets for the Brigade tour in April this year. Details on the shows and tickets on the Brigade Facebook page. Here’s a […]
I found this video in the archive yesterday. The band, 3 Miles From recorded this EP – Division Demotion at Mighty Atom with Joe Gibb on the knobs. Having heard it we got a long way down the path to signing them, but in the end it didn’t go ahead. I had a quick search […]
This is the press kit that was produced for Funeral For a Friend just as they were signing from Mighty Atom to Infectious/Atlantic records. It was Infectious that actually put this together I guess early 2003 just as they were recording Four Ways To Scream Your Name. Cool insight to the band in the early […]
Here’s the video for the Hollywood ending track Angel Town. This was meant to be a single release from the album Praying To Fiction. In the end we didn’t release the single though I do remember doing artwork for it and so on, and we did commission this video. Anyhoo, this is a great track, […]
David R. Black – Empire Building. This was the first single for the album Hearts and Stars released in October 2006. Great band this – and well worth checking out some of their later work on YouTube if you get a chance.
Here’s a little video of the Maystones track Easily Tomorrow which I recorded with the band back in August last year – when the weather was somewhat warmer than today!
In October 2004 we released an EP for Neath’s very own Adzuki titled Five/Four – here’s the lead track from that EP. Great band this with big melodies. Well worth a Sunday listen.
Here’s a little clip of and interview with Chris McCormack talking about Mighty Atom. It’s from the live at Islington DVD release on Secret Records from 2004. The interview was filmed at Mighty Atom while the band were recording Union Of Souls. That’s the window into the control room behind Chris.
